The antisocial personality disorder is a disorder that causes people with this disorder to lie, break laws, and act aggressively towards others. Also, the antisocial personality disorder is a long term mental illness that can not be cured. The antisocial personality disorder is also called sociopathy disorder. People with this disorder also take people's kindness for a weakness on the regular. Most people with this personality usually become criminals. The antisocial personality disorder is rare in the general population, but it is very common in the criminal justice population.
A person's genes or other elements, such as child abuse, may contribute to developing this condition. Also, some doctors think that the psychopathy disorder is the same as an antisocial personality disorder. The signs of this disorder start when you are still a little kid. The first two signs of this disorder are setting stuff on fire, and being abusive towards animals. The third symptom of this disorder is that around the age of fifteen you would have a conduct disorder which means that as a kid your conduct in school would not be that good, meaning that there would be mostly n’s and u’s in the kid’s conduct. Also lying is another symptom of this disorder mainly because having this disorder causes most or some of the people with this disorder to not be honest with others. …show more content…

Explosive anger is one of the main symptoms of antisocial personality disorder because some people think that when someone is mad for no reason means that they are crazy or mentally disabled. Also, some people like to act like they are furious and think that it is really amusing, but it’s not when you are really mad and can not control your anger. Most people with this disorder usually don't have this symptom but just because someone is always mad for no reason does not mean that they have an antisocial personality
