The twenty-first century is developing into a time of technological developments and the beginning of the Modern Era. The early Modern Era was known as a time of exploration and globalization. Globalization is the interconnection of countries; there is an active exchange of commodities, ideas, and philosophical thoughts. With the development in technology such as cell phones, airplanes, Internet, and social media; it has made the growth of transportation and communication networks possible and much more advanced. He proposed the idea of the Epic Theater. In 1924, after moving to Berlin, Brecht started to work with Erwin Piscator. Piscator was known for practicing forms of political and social epic theater. After working with Piscator for some time, Brecht subjectively created a theory who’s grounds stemmed from epic theater. In 1924, Brecht moved to Berlin, and soon thereafter began working with the communist director Erwin Piscator, who practiced a form of epic theater, in which he engaged contemporary social and political concerns. Brecht developed his own theory of the epic theater on the basis of his work. The epic theater became an ideal tool for Brecht to portray his growing political interest in Marxism. Soon after, Brecht officially sparked an interest in communism around 1926 and considered himself a Marxist in 1928. He hears that there will be gods arriving to the world in search for a good person. He waits along the gates of the city to greet them when they arrive. Soon, the three gods appear and Wong recognizes them immediately. He tries to find them a place to stay, but everyone keeps rejecting them. Wong helps the three Chinese gods in search for a noble person. If the three Gods cannot find a good person, they would destroy and rebuild the world. Finally, they found Shen the, a poor young prostitute. She was the only virtuous person in the world. The three Gods presented her one thousand silver dollars to reward for her kindness and hospitality. She used the money to purchase a tobacco shop and aided other people to maintain her goodness. However, this money would not help her survive in the world, only greediness, immoral, corruption, and selfishness will. Under the living conditions, she is forced to become her imaginary cousin, Shui Ta as overseer and protector of her interests. Shui Ta is apathetic and hardheaded, even spiteful. Shui Ta made her survival in this world in which they live and built her shop into a full-blown tobacco factory with many employees. In the end, one employee accused Shui Ta killed Shen Te; And Shui Ta revealed herself that Shui Ta is Shen Te in front of the
