Eating less doesn’t cause weight loss. If you change your diet by eating less food, you’ll only be making your body weaker. Instead of having a mindset of eating less, you should start off by eating healthy instead. Dieting is a myth in America. Americans tend to believe better eating is eating less food rather than eating a healthy amount of food. Starvation does not give us a better body. It makes us sick and depressed. It’s bad for your health. Your body doesn’t work in the way of losing fat loss. Johnathan Foer discusses how is against meat and want to become a vegetarian, but he fails to address how you should learn your body before going on a so-called diet, I believe there are different ways to eat healthy without eating less food.

You must eat better in order to be healthy. Healthy living is better than looking unhealthy and eating less. To me, I feel there is no fulfillment in eating less. Having weight loss is great for some people, but you also must be mindful of what your body needs and not what you think it needs. Dieting isn’t a great route for Americans, because they think it’s eating less of what your body needs and ignore the fats. Your body needs fats. Yes, your diet is the most important factor in losing weight. But where most get it wrong is that they focus on what instead of the how much.
To be lean, meaning having a healthy body, you’ve got to have your diet in check. Healthy eating is very different from dieting. Dieting usually requires being very specific with what you eat and often focuses on various quantitative factors. Dieting involves a strict quantity of calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Eating healthy focuses on simply eating only healthy whole foods with less of a focus on quantitative numbers. Healthy eating allows much more dietary freedom as you are not forced to meticulously calculate everything you
