Nowadays, as the development of society in 21st century, lots of concept changes such as gender inequality, poverty that everyone is going to accept equality between women and men, and will not discriminate poor people. On the contrary, until now, for black people, racism is not stranger to them because everyone is a racist and still discriminate them. According to the meaning of racism, racism requires power to discrimination black people; however, what kind of people have power? If we assume that only white people have power; on the contrary, it implies that black people do not have any power. The anti-racism law should write more specific to clarify that it is focus on black people. From the speech of the president of South Africa Jacob Zuma, he elaborates his wish of freedom and equality due to all the black people are suffering form the human rights violation so that he yearns for “we says no to racism and racial discrimination” (Zuma 2016 132). This is their hope in Africa; Zuma, as a president in Africa, he can not help his people get rid of racism because all the people in his country are all blacks.
