In other words, this insurance covers cost of damages or loss to someone else’s property that you or a member of your travelling party is personally responsible for. This type of insurance also covers bodily harm caused to someone who is not family or a member of your travelling party. Imagine being in a situation where you are faced with a two million dollar lawsuit. AJ learnt early in life that prevention is better than cure. The day he accidentally set fire to the winter lodge he was staying in the Poconos in the US would have been the end of him, if he didn’t have travel liability insurance. The candle that AJ forgot to put out when he went to bed caught the lodge on fire and destroyed not only his cabin, but a few others as well.
