Being an American is both a blessing and a curse. An american has the right to vote. An american is able to say what they wish to say. I am an american not a very proud one but, I am very appreciated with the privileges I have been given. An american is a very lucky person because they are given more freedom than any other. Education is provided for an american, America wants us to be someone. Being an american gives you an ability to travel and seek protection of the United States government. The Americans have the ability to petition for family members. Americans have the protection from deportation.
