Being an American, I would say the United States is a balanced positive force in the world. However, I view this as any American would being born and raised in this country. But not having any experience with other people’s views that live outside of the U.S. it’s really a hard question to answer. Whether the U.S is a negative or positive in the world depends greatly on who you ask. I do think that we are known to most of the world as a strong force who will take action if needed.
