The current budget looks at the first and second year of the project. The expenses for the first year are double of that in the second year. The reason for the difference is in the first year not only do the new grads need to attend the course, but all the current nurses in the hospital must attend the course. After the first year, only new hires and new grads will need to take the classroom session, while all current nurses will utilize the mandatory Computer Based Training (CBT) which will be 30 minutes in length. This CBT will test this knowledge of cultural competency and will provide updates as needed.
As the budgets are in place and this education course is new, the monies for this education will come from the generosity of The Foundation for the first year. The Foundation supports projects and programs within the hospital that will promote the health and well-being of the local residents (Affinity Health, 2016)...

The Gantt Chart can direct a project and promote the growth and success of a project (Aghayan, et al., 2014).
