For my final deliverable I decided to do the internship plan. A possible internship location would be at Denver Health. Kaiser Permanente’s mission is to provide care assistance to those in need. As a health maintenance organization, Kaiser Permanente provides preventive care such as prenatal care, immunizations, diagnostics, hospital medical and pharmacy services. Also, they take responsibility and provide exceptional training for their future health professionals for better clinical performance and treatment for the patients. The organization is to ensure fair and proper treatment towards their employees for a pleasant working environment in hospital and to provide medical services especially in a growing population in suburban communities, such as Tracy and Stockton in California.

Lincoln community that was used for this essay is comparatively poorer than the average, with large immigrant populations and face transportation issues that limit the ability of patient to receive both outpatient and emergency care (Honor Health, 2015). The mission statement of Honor Health is broad and perhaps uninspiring to key stakeholders, as is the organizations vision statement. Honor Health could benefit by expanding their mission and vision statements, thus increasing their value in directing and guiding their future strategic plans and goals. Randall’s (2015) assertion that a great organization is only achievable by having specific, measurable and achievable goals that are linked to the organizations vision and mission is correct; while the flexibility of Honor Health’s statements is interesting, the statements could be improved by being more descriptive and personal to the organization reason for existence and
This report has been written to explore what the context of healthy communities is. The defined community will be introduced and a geographical map included. Gathered information of the specified community will be evaluated, data’s and statistics will be presented in tables. The focus will be on the health and social care needs of that community. Viewpoints of the residents of the chosen community will be summarized and discussed. Recommendation about observed issues will be implemented. Furthermore, theories and sociological aspects of diverse authors regarding notion communities will be included as they can support the findings.
D1: I have decided to look at a 6 year old going through bereavement. Bereavement means to lose an individual very close to you. When children go through bereavement they are most likely to feel sad and upset about the person’s death. Children at a young age may not understand when a family member dies. Children may not understand bereavement. For example a 6 year old’s father been in a car crash and has died from that incident. Death is unpredictable and children can’t be prepared for a death of a family member as no one knows when someone is going to die or not. Unfortunately every child can experience bereavement even when a pet dies. It is important that we are aware that effects on the child so we can support them in the aftermath.
I chose a career as a medical assistant because of the rewards I knew I would experience on a daily basis. Seeing a patient smile because I have helped them understand, or just making them feel comfortable with their visit, is just one of the many perks of my job. Upon graduating from an accredited college such as The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), I now work for one of the most reputable hospitals in my area. Within two short years of committed studies, I obtained my associate of applied science degree, and then went on to obtain my certification as a medical assistant. There is nothing I have found more fulfilling, strong, secure, or rewarding then choosing to become a medical assistant,

After moving to the United States, I took the initiative to familiarize myself with the US healthcare system by doing many clinical rotations in different family practice and pediatric clinics in Houston, TX. After these rotations, I was enamored with the delivery of public health measures in each clinic, according to the US public health standards.
This research paper discusses some of the health care administrators’ daily activities that that may turn hazardous to the resources. This has been done in view of a hospital as an example of healthcare facility. The main reason for this is that a hospital is a complex, bustling patient centre and an interdisciplinary workplace for various personnel; yet the responsibility of keeping it running lies with the hospital administrator.

My internship experience this semester was interesting. I interned at ESH/MESH with Bridgeway. My Supervisor was Emilie Banz. I didn’t do much but I did learn a lot from this experience. I met a lot of great people and watch PsyR in action. I met a couple of individuals who were really cool. My experience this semester has prepared me for the next.
Health care has always been an interesting topic all over the world. Voltaire once said, “The art of medicine consists of amusing the patient while nature cures the disease.” It may seem like health care that nothing gets accomplished in different health care systems, but ultimately many trying to cures diseases and improve health care systems.
The portions best parallel to the objectives of the Triple Aim are Education and Integration. Along with strategies to increase translational and transformative medical/biomedical education, the hospital also plans to advance interdisciplinary teams of physicians, nursing, pharmacy, public health; advancing staff and faculty development, and increasing space for training, are key aspects of creating a workforce more versatile and apt to enhancing health care services (John Hopkins Medicine, 2013, p.9).
