Delta Faucet Company leadership team consists of a plant manager who name is Mike Rowling. There are eight area mangers that report to the plant manager which consist of production departments, quality assurance department, material service department, maintenance department, and the engineering department. Each area manager has a group leader that report to them, some departments has two group leaders depending on the how many team members per department. Each group leader has five team leaders that report to them. Each team leader has ten team members that report to the team leader. There is a cleaning crew of two members that report to the outside leadership team.

Each of these four goals helps attain the mission that Delta Faucet lives by. Safety simply states that each employee goes home the way they came or better. Safety is most important because if an employee gets hurt it cost the company money as well takes money from the employee. Quality is the meat behind the Delta Faucet product. Delta Faucet offer its consumers products that has a lifetime warranty. Delta is always looking for ways to improve quality, so the consumer can benefit from the change. Delivery is a major goal because Delta Faucet wants customer to receive their product in a timely manner without delays from the company or its department. Military Academy at West Pointe use intense training of communication to train future officers. The training helps future leaders to be effective in communications skills to sharpen their critical thinking skills. The military cadets use this communication skill through their training to produce effective leaders. Communication must be shared through all aspect of life.
I can improve the physical layout of my department by putting all the computers at the correct eye level using the ergonomic standard so that it eliminates any type of neck injuries. I would also get rid of the chairs and place ergonomics fatigue mats down so employees would stand and process the customer returns. I would also make all desk the same level and design, so employees would not be leaning on equipment.
My recommendations discovered while completing the work process analysis would be entering your name in the required field and then logging into the computer. I believe that once you log in the computer it should detect who you are and eliminate the enter name in the return goods authorization database. Also scanning the SLP label which has the reason customer sent the product back instead of typing the information in could help eliminate time processing
