How do you see yourself in 10 years? How are you going to achieve those goals? Those are the hardest questions to ask ourselves. Teens and even adults think they have it all together and their future is figured out, but once it comes to actually achieving them they don’t have any dedication. Dedication is one word but once it comes to acting it it's way more, dedication is what defines you future. The definition of dedication in the Merriam-Webster Online dictionary is, “self-sacrificing devotion and loyalty her dedication to the cause required hard work and dedication.”

Dedication and commitment are very closely related words but not exactly mean the same thing. Commitment is the “state” of being dedicated, committing to something is to engage into an activity or relationship. She feels insecure as if she could be more than just “that”, she feels like she owes to herself to be “someone” in this world.
