To cheat on anything, Is to cheat yourself. In a world with so much to learn, earn and grow why would you cheat yourself of knowledge, experience and learning from your mistakes. Not everyone gets everything right the first time, mistakes are to be made; but if you take the low road and cheat you are really just robbing yourself, and breaking a few rules along the way. I personally believe that cheating should not only be frowned upon, but should not be tolerated.

When someone cheats they’re making a conscience decision to do so, and if the person convinces themselves that cheating is the right answer for them, it does not make it the moral and correct choice. You see, in order to cheat there has a rule or a guideline that is disregarded or ignored. Rules are set in place for a reason and should be followed. Maybe you deflated that football a bit, or maybe you threw a fight, or maybe you’re taking steroids, if its against the rules, its cheating. In the 1960’s taking preforming enhancing drugs became a major issue, and it was around that time that rules were set, and made to affect on the ban. So why is it that decades later its still an issue? It is true that testing was not mandatory in many sports until the 1980’s, but thats still well after the rules clearly set. Perhaps cheating is a no brainer, if you know you won’t get caught, and if the teams are not testing, or enforcing the rules, then why not; right? However, I still disagree, people spend their whole lives training, practicing and working very hard to get where they are. When you cheat you are not only cheating yourself of your best but you are cheating someone else the spot on that team that you didn’t rightfully
