The activities and events that I participated in during this INT D 410 course in the last year have been a dramatic eye opening and humbling experience. From collaborating with other students in various health care fields, a field trip to the STARS base by the Edmonton International Airport, to the extremely exciting and mentally stimulating Save Stan event. This course has provided me with some of my most memorable highlights from my first year at the University of Alberta. One of the best key learnings that I have taken away from this course, is the importance of an efficient and effective interdisciplinary health care team.
