We have investigated your concerns regarding this issue. Our office contacted the office of CVS Specialty Pharmacy and spoke with David a Manager. David advised us that the prescription for Xeljanz 5 MG TAB was processed on December 30, 2016 and mailed out on January 04, 2017. We asked David if he could submit a request to have the date reflect January 04, 2017, David stated that he would submit a request and if approved the date change will reflect in 24-48 hours. David advised us you can contact him to check the status at (800) 238-7828 use his name and the March 9, 2017 as the call reference. Unfortunately we are unable to change the processing dates and all question would need to be directed with CVS Specialty Pharmacy.
