It was a quiet night, 9 PM, and no sounds were heard. Detective Josh Bush was just getting ready to leave. His assistant; Carl Lobson, hadn’t showed up all day because he was home sick. He felt uneasy the way Carl’s desk was empty with shadows over it. Josh heard a creak at the door and saw Carl.
“Sorry, I felt better so I decided to come,” said Lobson
“It’s alright Lobson,” Bush replied. “I was just about to leave anyw-“
He was cut off by the ring of the phone. They both looked at each other as Bush ran to grab the phone.
“Hello, this is the detective office.”
“Please, help!” the woman on the phone said frightened. “I see a dead girl on the road! I live on 6 Hollyroad Boulevard.”
“We’ll be there right away!” He hung up the phone and quickly

He wondered how he’d find the killer and decided to finally look for clues. He went to the girl and immediately noticed some line pattern marks on her neck and knew that only leather gloves with patterns could leave a mark like that. The murderer was smart for wearing gloves but made a mistake by wearing that type. From there Bush searched for more clues and eventually stumbled upon a fairly sized diamond about the size that fits into the palm of you hand. The moonlight reflected off of it, he was able to determine that it was expensive. There was only one man in this area with enough money to get something like that; his name was Dave …show more content…
Bush opened up the photos of the dead girl and looked closely on the marks on her neck. He enhanced the picture and got a shock of reality. All of a sudden it all pieced together. The criminal stole the diamond from Dave and saw that the girl witnessed him with it in his possession. He had no choice but to kill her and drop the diamond to go once he saw Anne calling the police. This case probably wouldn’t have been solved if the murderer remembered one thing. His initials were on a metal engraving on his glove, tiny but noticeable. The initials were C.L. and Bush couldn’t think of a stranger with the initials
Two detectives were assigned to the case: Harry Hanson and Finis Brown. [2] When they and the police arrived at the crime scene, it was already swarming with people, gawkers and reporters. The entire situation was out of hand and crowded, everyone trampling all over any hopes for good evidence. [2] One thing they did report finding was a nearby cement block with watery blood on it, tire tracks and a heel print on the ground. There was dew under the body so they knew it had been set there just after 2 a.m. when temperatures dropped to 38 degrees.
When the case was being investigated, there were speculations about the weapon used to dismember the victim because the body was large in size and the small space in
It was a bright and sunny June day. It was all calm at the jury house, Sheila was getting ready for her first case. It was about a person being murdered. Her witness, Mr. Leblanc, asked her if she can help him find his wife. She said that she can’t.
His opposer stands triumphantly as he thought to have succeeded in his mission. “How ill mannered is he?” the sniper murmured to himself with a devious smile. Standing tall in all black; blazer, bow tie, socks, Balmoral shoes, with the button up also to be corresponding. He appears seemingly endless like a black shadowed character made up to startle young children. The opposing sniper moves as if he is the actual Slender Man. As he stands as a vacuous man, I conjure my scheme to vanish him.
(shows how it was more than one attacker). Along with this, there was a bloody hand print left on the door. “An FBI investigation later determined that the palm print must have been left by the killer”.(insert point about there being no connection to barry beach or anyone else for that matter).
Detective Burcks had enjoyed a great sense of relief following the conclusion of the case. He and Jesse had been written about extensively in nearly every news outlet in the country, most exaggerated extensively, but this time Burcks didn’t mind. He had just finished reading the most recent piece about Peters in the Tribune when he looked at his watch and concluded that his day was over. He stood up, put on his jacket, and was almost to the door when his phone began to ring. Giving it a moment’s thought, Detective Burcks turned his back to the phone and closed the door, thinking to himself not this time.

This episode began with the attempted murder of a female New York Judge by an unknown assailant with a handgun in daylight outside the courthouse. Judge Karlin’s reputation as being extremely tough on crime and handing out maximum sentences creates a long list of potential suspects. The hitman, carrying no identification, was killed by the judge’s bodyguards, leaving the detectives with no obvious leads.
Ted Bundy’s bite-mark impacted the case and ultimately the trial and was found to be the best evidence the prosecutor had. The only physical evidence that police had to work with was the bite mark on the buttocks of Lisa Levy. The investigators requested Ted Bundy to provide a dental impression, but Bundy at first refused to give an impression of his teeth. Afterwards, the investigators obtained a court order to force him to comply. Interestingly, Bundy’s teeth were a wreck that had broken edges, chips and defective fillings that matched the indentation marks found on Lisa Levy
“Don Cheney was the first to alert police to Allen as a possible suspect, after numerous conversations he had with Allen apparently suggested a link to the crimes, supposedly telling Cheney he wanted to 'kill couples at random', 'call himself Zodiac' and 'would use a flashlight attached to his gun to aid hunting at night',”(Arthur 1).

A long day, as Sunday always seemed, was coming to an end. BA and Liz were preparing for bed, when a call came. A glance at his watch, which read 10:30 brought disgust. "Who could it be at this hour? Couldn’t I pretend we aren't home and let the answering machine pick up?"
