This was a story that took place in 2004. So here’s how it began. There was once a girl by the name of Genesis. She was your average Georgian girl. She wasn’t poor, she wasn’t rich. She didn’t come from a great family, but she didn’t come from a bad one. She had a normal life until one event that happened. Quick backstory on Genesis...She was a girl that loved her average, middle class family. They didn’t have much, but they had just enough to survive. She went to school everyday with a pair of raggidy jeans, a t-shirt, and a pair of tennis shoes. She went to a public school with people that had better clothes than her. How? Well, I’m glad you asked. Every Friday she went to her favorite Chinese Restaurant, King Beijing. She got two fortune cookies every time. Each time the fortune she got didn’t mean very much to her. That was an on going experience until one specific day. She went to King Beijing and she got her fortune cookies like always. She, for some reason, had hope for these particular fortunes. She opened the first fortune cookie. Inside the fortune cookie it said ‘you will go on a life changing adventure.’ She opened the second fortune cookie eagerly. The fortune didn’t say anything, but it had a mini map. The map was very tiny, and she saw that it had a blue line from one destination to another. In addition, there were coordinate points on the bottom. The points read 48.8566° N, 2.3522° E. Genesis wasn’t sure what this location was, but she had to know. She darted home and got on her desktop. She typed in the coordinates and nothing popped up she wasn’t sure what was happening. How about you to customer service and get your location there,” said the lady at the Delta line. “I don’t want to know the location, I just want the ticket. When she arrived, she saw the line. The line went on and on for what seemed a lifetime. She thought to herself that if she wanted to do this, it would take dedication. She waited in line for 5 minutes. No movement. Another 10, minutes, she moved up 5 people. She was there for 3 hours just standing in the line. She got to the front. She walked up to the lady.
