Industry and Market Construct-Fred has several positive aspects in terms of market and industry. Because of the growing popularity of open source education, course builders need to ensure that their students learn effectively, so that their courses do not become obsolete because of poor teaching methods. Having an effective course structure and using appropriate teaching tools (as Construct-Fred recommends) will ensure that people who create e-courses will maintain the highest teaching standards and therefore acquire the most clients. Because it helps individuals to adapt to a contemporary educational trend (i.e. online education and lifelong learning), Construct-Fred serves a durable market industry. One of the problem areas with Construct-Fred, however, is effectively marketing the service among apparent competition. Harvest Issues Harvest issues include an exit strategy. Because Construct-Fred is at its genesis, I must consider both its potential failure and success. In the event of failure (due to lack of interest), the only losses would be the initial start-up costs and my time in creating and refining the thorough questionnaire and course launching reports and templates. In the happy event that Construct-Fred would gain momentum too quickly for me to personally handle the template creation and course development consulting, I would select a partner who could handle the technical and programming aspects which I find more challenging, so that I could devote myself entirely serving clients, rather than on refining the site.
