Carla Washburn, an incredible, inspirational woman that has sadly witnessed the 3 closest male figures in her life all pass on. This has resulted in Carla becoming depressed over the unbearable experience. Carla embraced in giving back to the community and that’s not surprising because she’s a person of spirituality. While client refuses to go to see a doctor it would be advised client check to make sure there’s no fractures in the bones. At the doctor it would be detrimental to discuss if the diabetes played any effect into the fall. Lastly, it would be ideal the client got a professional opinion on whether her medications are adequate. Since the Mill’s closing the community has gone downhill with unemployment and crime skyrocketing. Carla should speak with Reverend Smith to possibly create programs to reduce the crime such as, after school programs as well as crime watch in community, and more police to assure safety for residents.
