Cardio Vascular Disease (CVDs) is the number one cause of death worldwide. More people die from CVDs than from any other cause. Cardio vascular disease is a broad term used to describe an assortment of diseases that affect your heart. The multiple diseases that fall under the category of cardio vascular disease include the diseases of your blood vessels such as coronary artery disease; heart rhythm problems and heart defects you are born with.
Cardio vascular disease refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can ultimately lead to a heart attack, chest pain or even a stroke. These many forms of heart diseases have a variety of symptoms but they all depend on what type of heart disease you have. For the most common CVDs symptoms include chest pains, shortness of breath and numbness, weakness in your legs and arms if the blood vessels in that area are narrowed. Always consult your physician when symptoms occur you may not be diagnosed until symptoms worsen.
Any type of heart disease is easier to treat when it is noticed in its earlier stages. If you don’t have any known heart disease in your family but are worried about developing heart disease don’t be afraid to consult your doctor about steps you can do to reduce your risk of developing it.
To understand the causes of heart diseases and cardio vascular disease you must know how the heart works. Your heart works like a pump, it pumps the blood through out your whole entire body with the use of blood vessels. ...data available for Hispanics. Some ways that they can improve the system include adding Hispanic subgroup identifiers to all major surveys and include a sufficient sample size of the group. I believe that this would help identify the problem of each individual group and we can work on that from there. First is by distinguishing the problem and then work on fixing it.
Polices to increase educational levels, to improve employment opportunities and to reduce violence and environmental population in Hispanic neighborhoods will all greatly assist the health of Hispanics in the United States.
Research specifically addressing the reduction of cardiovascular disease from racial and ethnic disparities is nonexistent. Luckily, there has bee an accumulation of research addressing the problems. We can see that the more research we gather the more we can try and accomplish.
