Bottle Feeding Observation

It was one of the cooler, misty mornings when I delivered a beautiful newborn on October 13, 2014 at 9:54 in the morning. This newborn baby was a precious baby girl, and I decided to name her Kassidy. When I first delivered Kassidy, I was excited, yet nervous that this newborn would be all of my responsibility. Also, I assumed that it cannot be very difficult to fulfill a baby’s needs and care for it. Therefore, I was excited for Kassidy to be my responsibility, and for me to be her mother! I chose to bottle-feed baby Kassidy. The reasons of why I chose to bottle-feed include the fact that when you bottle-feed a baby, the baby will not be hungry again for three to four hours. Though if you breastfeed, the baby will not be hungry again for only two to three hours. Also, I chose to bottle-feed because, then my babysitter will be able to feed the baby when I am not there. Then, we arrive at school, and we head to first hour, which is English class with Mr. Spinks. At his class is usually when Kassidy needs a diaper change and feeding. Next, we arrived at Spanish with Mrs. Smith and then child development with Mrs. Holcomb. During this part of the day Kassidy is usually sleeping. Then, we go to geometry with Mrs. Roberts, and this is the hour Kassidy is the most fussy and difficult. I usually take her out into the hall at least three times. There, she receives a diaper change, usually two rockings, and a feeding. Next, Kassidy is dropped off at daycare with Mrs. Holcomb, while I go to physical education class. Then, we have lunch, which is where she is a little fussy and wants to be rocked. Then during SRT, biology with Mr. Starrett, and world history with Mr. Ellenginwood, where Kassidy is fine. Lastly, Kassidy comes home and receives four or five changes and feeding, then she goes to
