Some people just have bad luck in their lives but others really do cause lots of bad things to happen. Romeo is one of those people who has caused bad things to happen in Romeo and Juliet. Romeo is the most responsible for all of the bad events in William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

The main reason all of the events happens because Romeo went to the Capulet party, in Act One, that he was not invited to. If Romeo had decided to not go to the party he would not have fallen in love with Juliet. Since they fell in love, Juliet proposed the idea of marriage to her new love. Romeo agreed and married the young Capulet the next day, but in secret. If they did not feel affectionate towards each other, their marriage would have been known to everyone and not kept a secret. Another thing that would not have happened, if Romeo did not go to the party, would be having Tybalt on Romeo’s case. The next day Tybalt went to Romeo,challenging him to a duel. In this fight two people were murdered. So, there were two people that died because of Romeo going to the party but there were two people who were keeping many secrets about the marriage, getting into possible trouble in the future. …show more content…
