Bike to the lighthouse, which is 2k away from where the instructors are. Once you get there, you will see a ladder attached to the old lighthouse. There will be protective gear, like helmets for protection. Climb up the ladder and you will find a card at the top of the lighthouse. You will have to open the card. Go to the nearest fishing store nearby. There will be a clue on one of the products in the store and it will have a boat pass on it. Go to the harbor it says to go to. There will be 5 boats. You have to find the right one to go on. (it will say on the clue) Once you get on the boat you will have to help the fisher catch at least 4 fish. There are about 30,000 estimated to be in the harbor they are at. Once you catch four put them in the net. The first transportation in the early days was the sea.
