Thanksgiving day is a holiday that people in the United States enjoy it with family and friends together. The family and friends enjoy a good meal how is the Turkey, sweet potato, pumpkin pie etc. “ Thanksgiving day is celebrated around the fourth thursday of the november in the U.S.” Thanksgiving the day of giving thanks for the harvest.
Every country as their own traditions to celebrate that day in different way. There are many country which celebrate such as China, Rome, Brazil, and Korea. However, some country do not celebrate thanksgiving because they have a different culture. Like me i’m not celebrate thanksgiving day because the Dominican Republic have a different culture and they celebrated the Christmas eve that day
Other counties also celebrate Cinco de Mayo like in Canada. It is not a big holiday there but they skydive there at the annual Cinco de Mayo skydiving show. They have Mexican food, Air time shows and they even have lessons. In Spain they don’t celebrate this day they celebrate the second instead. In Australia it is only celebrated in a couple restaurants where there is Mexican food and drinks. It is also only celebrated where there are largely populated Americans.
This is a disgrace! To all the turkey’s at Thanksgiving! forty-five million turkey’s are cooked a year. Not only are those awful humans eating us, now they are entrapping us in disgusting cages and making us eat only corn and soybeans. That’s not even the worst part, they put something in our food called vitamins and minerals. I heard yesterday from keith, my turkey friend, that they talk about how they feed turkeys healthy things so that the people who buy the turkeys won’t get sick or something like that. They also say we taste different at different ages.
