Today, we live in a culture where the scientific evidence of creation is widely ignored. With the media promoting its non existence, most people have only heard the idea that we evolved over millions of years. The Bible is the only proof mankind has for proving and explaining the gospel and the life of Jesus Christ, and it is believed by many people in the world.
We grow up learning to never believe something from one source, but to continue to search throughout and see if it is true. As a child, I was told to believe everything I read in the Bible, but as I got older, I started hearing the different opinions about it from the people around me, forming my own new ideas, …show more content…

Recently, scientists have uncovered evidence that the great flood may have taken place around the Black Sea about 7500 years ago. However, scientifically speaking, according to Discover Channel and BBC, worldwide flooding would be impossible, as it would take five times the amount of water in the ocean and atmosphere to submerge the earth up to the mountaintops. Geologists have theorized that water from the melting ice caps overtook the Mediterranean Sea, breaking through to the Black Sea, and flooding more than 60,000 square …show more content…

Many of us choose to believe based on belief and faith, and decide to trust that creation is truly God’s gift to us. Creation is a simple fact, something no one can deny, biblically or scientifically. Whether you believe that the Earth was a creation of God, or a creation of science, it is a matter of what you put your faith in and how you believe. Science can prove biblical creation in many ways, but it's how we choose to view what's around us, and truly accept
