When in the Greek mythology time, gods or goddess had different powers and myths. One goddess named Aphrodite come to life and has a interesting story. She was the goddess of love and desire and had many myths about her. Aphrodite had interesting way she was born, She had a lot of affairs with different gods, She was one of the reason for the trojan war and her tempted.
During this time of Aphrodite their a few myths about how she born. “She is the daughter of Zeus and Dione in the Iliad, but in the later poems she is said to sprung from the foam of the sea, and her name was explained as the meaning the foam risen (Edith Hamilton Mythology, Pg. 33) .” With the other myth how to was born after Cronus severed genitals of Uranus he threw them into the sea. She was married to the smith god, Hephaestus but he didn't really know since he worked late. Her and ares where big lovers and her husband didn't know.
