The Company has incurred a CAPEX of more than $ 150 billion in wireless and wireline networks and acquiring spectrum and scaling up operations to build one of the most advances state-of-the-art advanced fibre, IP and wireless grid around the world. The Board of Directors of AT & T is led by Randall Stephenson, Chairman & Chief executive Officer and consists of 13 other prominent members. Randall started his professional career in 1982 in Southwestern Bell telephone Company as management trainee. He served in various capacities like Senior Vice President and Chief financial Officer prior to being nominated in the Board in 2005. He is also in the Board of Directors of other companies like Emerson Electric Co and Boeing.
Other prominent members of the Board of directors are Ms Joyce Roche, Mr Samuel Di Piazza Jr, Mr Richard Fischer, Mr Scott Ford, Mr Glen Hutchins, Mr William Canard, Mr Jon Madoncaa, Mr Michael Mcallister, Mr John McCoy, Ms Bethy Mony, Mr Matthew Rose, Ms Cynthia Taylor and Ms Laura D Tyson.
