Introduction The study will take into consideration business analysis and a software prototype of innovative interior design organization, ART-Stop. The company will be operating under huge business and information infrastructure therefore the level of management and the information requirements cannot be separated from each other due to their interdependency. In the organization, different levels of the company members are engaged at different position and hence their information requirements vary according to their position (Alchian, 1950). The company intends to develop the Federal Credit Union website to provide the useful information concerning the company and its related services, technologies and activities. It will help the company to attain publicity and increase business contacts around the world as well as to enhance public relations. Project Description The project, named ART-Stop, is meant for catering the residential Interior designing needs of upper to middle class families in Kuwait. It has been aimed to include adequate human capital investments in ART-Stop so that it will exceed the healthy living expectations of our targeted customers. Out target market will be people with certain levels of affluence and wealthy income and professionals with mid-range monthly income. In this prototype, we are proposing all the requirements we believe essential for setting up the business software and making it worthwhile in the targeted market segment.
