The story you are about to read is a "real" but not really "real" account of a murder and how someone completely ruined my birthday party!

Any day that we are alive is another opportunity to carpe diem and celebrate. If y'all are anything like me, you're always looking for a reason to throw a party so I figured my birthday was a pretty good time to do so.

As the madam of a brothel, I already had the perfect location for my party, Southern University Museum of Art at Shreveport (SUMAS). Never heard of it? Don't feel bad. It's one of our hidden gems here in Shreveport.

Mayor Moody (Josh Moody) was hot on his campaign trail for governor but was working diligently trying to hide his secret affair with the Madam. If he didn't leave his wife for her, she would have a case of loose lips and tell it all.

Detective Aurora (Kay Larsen) has carried anger and resentment for the brothel since the day she was born. She was born there, her mother was ALLEGEDLY murdered here by the current madam. She has never known who her dad was. Her mother was a hoe after all.

Scarlett the Harlot (Shannan Hicks) was an ambitious hoe. Even though she was just a hoe, she had dreams and aspirations to become the next madam. What she didn't know was, her bond with the madam was stronger than she would ever know.

A Pimp Called Upgrade (David Beverly) had been pimping for years. At one point he supplied quality hoes to Jada's Joint but over time, the quality downgraded. He and Jada constantly bumped heads and she was to the point of cutting him completely out of the hoe business.

Mahogany (Angelique Feaster-Evans) was second in command. Behind the madam, Mahogany was the woman in charge. She knew all of Jada's secrets and she hated
