John Maxwell once said “leaders become great, not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others.” There are many different types of leaders in this world; leaders who empower others and leaders who believe they are, but really aren’t. A leader who empowers her followers through her organizations, her books, her preaching, her teachings, and even through the way she lives her life is Christine Caine. A transformational leader is one who can inspire, motivate, and push their followers forward for not only themselves, but for good of the organization as well. Christine Caine is not only an authentic leader, but she leads through transferring her followers as well. She displays the four basic components (four I’s) of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspiration, intellectual stimulation and even individualized consideration (Bass, 1911). There is no doubt about Christine’s idealized influence: she runs after the vision that is in her heart (pursuing Christ and doing what He has called her to do) and she makes sure her followers are running towards that same vision by developing them as Christians and world changers. Everywhere you look there is inspiration when it comes to typing Christine Caine’s name on the internet. She is all about inspiring her followers through her quotes, words, life lessons, creative thought processes, sermons, and through her leadership abilities. She even inspires her followers by making sure videos and articles are posted on her websites in order to show the difference that her followers are making in the lives of others. Christine Caine isn’t afraid of a follower coming up with a better idea about how to help prevent human trafficking, inspire woman, or equip the Church because she loves to intellectually stimulate her followers. She is always trying to get them to think of better solutions and ways to do the things God places in all their hearts in a different way than everyone else. She motivates them to think outside the box, outside the norm, to do what has never been done; to change the world. And Christine Caine is all about the individual. Even when it comes to leading her A21 Campaign she states we can all make a difference; one life at a time (www.a21.org). She is a firm believer
