First, for the person who want to have cosmetic surgery, there exist negative factors. The directly shortcomings is that they will not work and have normal daily activities for a period of time. Even though the technology is developed, but the surgery itself cannot be one hundred percent safe. The risk of surgery including allergies, chronic pain, scar and postoperative discomfort, etc. There are dangers involved in any kind of surgery. Sometimes we must accept those dangers, as they come in the course of necessary medical procedures. But with elective surgery – procedures people don 't need, but rather merely want – the risks can 't be justified. These risks apply both to the surgery itself, and to the long term. For example, leaking silicone breast implants have been a widespread problem and can lead to death. Also, cosmetic surgery will bring sequelae, there are many taboo after the plastic surgery, a lot of things can not eat, can not sun and so on. Moreover, Sometimes the result of the plastic surgery might not turn out to be what you originally desire, some even suffer disfigurement. Last but not the least, cosmetic surgery can also impose major financial risks on patients. If a less attractive person has a more convincing diploma, more comprehensive capacity, or more useful skills, the result should be turned over. The reason is that good external appearance indeed cantering extra points but cannot make up for the lack of personal ability, after all, the personal ability is the crucial factor for doing a good job. Through in-depth study, Pascale, and so on, examined “the interaction between appearance, competence and job sex type, and it showed that attractiveness influenced recruiters for female, but not for male sex-type jobs, when the application was highly competent.” (Pascale, Sabine & Veonique, 2009) That is , the crucial factor of getting a hood and high-paid job is the candidates’ actual ability as well as the match of jobs instead of the good appearances. Every job requires corresponding skilled talent, so the necessity for interview is to find the right employee. Even if an attractive face brings job opportunity, but such job opportunity is temporary in my view. Owing to lint-term practice the real personal ability could be revealed without reservation. As a result whoever gets a job depends on his or her external appearance but lack of real capacity, and then he or she might be fired in the future.
