With a seventy-five percentage more than half of our staff likes/loves their current job held, however the rest of the remainder twenty-five percent fall under an “alright” attitude. The internal communication with our staff objective is to inform, report occurrences, coordinate activities, organizing tasks, manage, motivate, lead, etc. Keeping in inform with one another leads us to maximize or relationship with one another, and maximize the companies goals.
