Therefore is vital that our staff enjoy their jobs, figure 1 illustrates team Members morale; the value the employee feels gets from their job. With a seventy-five percentage more than half of our staff likes/loves their current job held, however the rest of the remainder twenty-five percent fall under an “alright” attitude. To move our twenty-five percent staff to a higher attitude we should have a interview to ask them how we can improve their job. Communication is based on a clear, simple and understandable language for the receiver. The internal communication with our staff objective is to inform, report occurrences, coordinate activities, organizing tasks, manage, motivate, lead, etc. Keeping in inform with one another leads us to maximize or relationship with one another, and maximize the companies goals. Figure 2 illustrate the Inter-Office Relations the way in which employees communicate with one another. Reports show that more than half (fifth-nine percent) of our staff is not keeping a constant communication with one another. To address this issue the company should plan team building events, and
