Birth is the start of life, where everything begins. Death is the end of life, where everything is over. No one can control death or birth but it can be delayed by taking wise decisions. We have decided not to die by Daniel Askill is a video that describes the phases of life in three different rituals. First ritual Birth, This shows a woman in a white swimsuit at the bottom of a pool “dead”. Out of nowhere bubbles started to come, her eyes opened, her body started moving in strange ways, and the water started to push her back out as she was coming back life. Second Ritual Between, This shows a man in white pants escapes death by jumping in between of two black cars that try to crash into him. Third ritual Rebirth, this shows a man in white underwear walking to his death by committing suicide from a building. There are different chapters in life that can be expressed in different ways.
In the first ritual Birth the women is under water looking lifeless but after a couple second she opens her eyes, she started moving and at last, the water started pushing her to the surface. This makes me think of a baby when is born, the pool symbolize the uterus of a mother and the woman symbolizes the baby. The …show more content…

In the third and last ritual Rebirth, the man walks into a building to commit suicide. When we see him go in, we can see that he went into the tallest building. He can kill himself from any building but there might be a possibility he can survive and he doesn’t want that. The tallest building means a secure death, something you can’t avoid. We can see also that he is literally walking into his death. The doors opening automatically show that death is receiving him. .The ending didn’t show his death instead they went back to the past and show ritual 1 “Birth” and ritual 2 “Between”. Life is a cycle, you are born, then things happen in between, and then you died. This is a never ending cycle, it repeats itself again and
