Man created our human rights of people and it is only man that uses this concept. The human race needs to have the obligation to set limits for animal rights. The development of rights for our animals should be an effective and a possible concept that can legally be looked at. We must set a guideline for legal limits to humans when it comes to animals and their rights. If not then there can be no way to prosecute legal issues that arise for those who overstep the limits. Animals are vulnerable, defenseless and are controlled by us people to enforce animal rights. For those that ignore the welfare of animals should need to be held responsible for breaking the laws of animal rights.

When we kill animals we need to make regulations so that animals die a fast and painless death. By doing this will give the opportunity to those who eat meat a way of knowing it is humane. A recent study on behalf of the United Egg Producers found that three out of four American consumers (75%) would choose food products certified as protecting animal care over those that are not. The use of factory farms should be minimized to zero. This cruel and unusual punishment towards animals shows how society has come to the point to accept harsh practices.
Animals are held in factory farms. In these farms animals are raised in extreme confinement that spreads disease. By doing this people earn profits that are rewarding. Animals that live in animal factories must fight for their lives every day. Animals are massive doses of hormones and antibiotics, battery cages, debeaking, tail docking, gestation crates, and veal crates and will die because of harsh punishments. Chickens are curious, interesting animals that are intelligent like cats, dogs, and even some primates. Fish are smart, sensitive animals that create their own unique personalities and have excellent memories. Pigs are also curious and understanding animals known to have intelligence that goes further than the average 3-year-old human child. Cows are intelligent, loyal animals that enjoy the task of solving problems. Turkeys are interactive, playful birds who enjoy ones company. Geese are also very loyal of their families around them and serve to be protective to their partners as well as their offspring. As people continue to save the lives of our current and future animals we need to resort to veganism. This reduces lives from being tortured and would then not make animal factories not as productive. We can protect our animals by prohibiting animal cruelty. Accepting this type of harsh cruelty is unacceptable in every way. We should treat our animals with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
