Have you ever walked in a zoo and you see animals lying behind bars? Have you ever felt bad for them because there all lonely and sad? Have you ever thought about their background story, and how there life was before they became a zoo animal? Some people think that zoos are good for animals because the animals get good care and they get healed when needed. Although some people think that zoos are not good for animals because of how animals are behind bars like they have been trapped in a cage forever. Zoos are good for animals because they have many programs that help the animals, and they give the animals the correct habitat.

There is some truth to this argument that zoos are bad for animals from the wild. However zoos save a lot of animals lives because they could be hurt really bad and the zoos could help the animals. Some species could be going extinct, and the zoos could take some to zoos, and make a bigger population of that species. Also zoo animals live long dignified lives, they are free from hunger, disease, fear, and predation in their lives when they are in a zoo.

Zoos create the correct habitat, and have many programs that help them, this is why zoos are a good thing for animals.
