Recommended: Why attention is given to a participatory leadership style

Leadership is a process where someone is a leader on a group who has knowledge and he/she is friendly to his/her members in the particular work.
My leadership style is participative and is known as democratic leadership style. This leadership is where I take responsibility on making the final decision on the input of my members. I also arrange direction and give all the members on my group to take part so that I can get better result.
If a company want to make some changes, a democratic leadership style is involve helping on the changes and there some challenges met by democratic style but at the end they tend to be solved and become successful.
The strengths of democratic/participative style leadership
The strength of my leadership is when I experience problems in short time and my mind become blank, don’t know what to do or were to start and were to end. Due to this situation I keep calm and talk to my members about this problem and we share ideas on how to solve it and at the end I combine all the ideas and now I can be able to solve to solve this problem effectively.
