As we can see, legalization creates more jobs in the American markets, and increases personal incomes of the American. Besides, legalization increases the tax revenue for the government so that the government has extra funding for public facilities, which makes a better environment for people. What causes these dramatic changes? According to Fitz, legalized workers would end up with higher wages and they would spend that money back to the market, such as buying cars, houses, and daily needs. As legalized workers’ wages get higher, their needs get higher as well, so they would be able to afford more since their wages get higher. Since legalization would make people higher income which increases the purchasing power and demand in the market and eventually generate more jobs and more tax revenue to the government, so the economy would have a steady growth over the years. Also, Immigrants did not take away the resources from the American people but contribute more instead. Moreover, in respect of human rights, immigrants should be legal to stay in U.S. to live with their families.
