1.0 INTRODUCTION
School Resource Center (SRC) is a systematic collection of programmed selected carefully and deliberately the book and non-book materials in teaching and learning in process. In general, the SRC also called as information leading materials used to provide information appropriate and timely, programs and services to students and teachers of the school, and also to promote the center for lifelong learning. In other words, the SRC is home to a library and resource materials and educational technology for teaching and learning tools.
While technology refers to all the latest applications technologies computers are used in teaching and learning process. Thermal technology and ICT, can be changed. ICT stands for Information and Communication Technology, which is the term now used for IT (information technology) and information, reflecting the fact that it can also be used for communication purposes. Technology is seen as one way to solve the problems faced by teachers and students in teaching them in their learning.
Nowadays, advances in technology have helped to introduce many positive changes in the education sector. New methods of learning and teaching has made the teaching and learning process become more easier and more interesting than before. Computer technology in schools has helped to illuminate the subject with the correct and detailed and this has been reflected in the overall performance of the students. Internet as a revolutionary technology has, and for the education sector, it is called an ocean of information. Students may find the concepts that they learn in the book or in the internet and find out more information about the same. This method will increase the depth of their knowledge.

Considerable attention is being given the role of school librarians in helping teachers implement Common Core State Standards. Since the Common Core State Standards are not a national curriculum and used at different levels, school librarians provide critical support to the teachers and administration to recommend and the strategies and resources of the developing reading comprehension and text analysis of the content of information in all areas of teaching.
