In Eudora’s autobiography “One Writer’s Beginnings” she talks about a little girl’s love with books and how she began to love them. She correctly stated her story through numerous ways, such as the story’s format. Welty conveys the intensity and the value of these experiences through formating the autobiography by cause and effect, chronological order, and finally through emphasizing certain points throughout the story. Within this story, Welty shows her use of diction by incorporating it perfectly in a cause and effect type sequence.
