Strength is the ability to perform well and constantly in some particular aspects in your life. Buckingham and Clifton (2001) show that there are three different criteria to identify one’s strengths. First, having the ability to do the activity consistently, and successfully. Second, to realize that it is not necessary to have strength in all aspect of your career but you can still do your best. Third, in order to perform well, individual have to expand their strengths and find way to manage around their weakness. The most important principle to help me figure out my strength is to be aware of my behavior. Given the Buckingham and Clifton’s criteria (2001) I can identify my own strengths: working under pressure, being self-motivated and being well organized.
One of my strength is working under pressure. It is a very positive thing to have because the ability to respond effectively and deal with unexpected and unscheduled things is needed in a well- organized office. Working under pressure involves controlling emotions during conflict. A more objective of a disruption (or crisis) means to think about the situation and rationally identify some potential solutions, then having a clear plan and follow-through of manageable tasks. The other strength is self-motivation, which is the capacity to motivate yourself to do something without anyone telling you what you should do, why, where and when. The last my strength is to be well organized in managing competing tasks. I am a very disciplined person in accomplishing my goals.

...omplishing a score of A or B on each of the weekly assignments. Second, I will ask a study partner to read and evaluate my weekly papers for creativity and innovation ideas. Am I improving in this area by producing at least two different ways to how I respond to assignment? Third, I can increase how I work with other students in class by offering to give feedback on their weekly assignments. I can offer to work with at least three other students in this class. Fourth, I can develop a plan for dealing with colleagues (students) in positive ways during times of conflict. I can offer my listening ability by paraphrasing back what I heard others say and describe their feelings when dealing with a conflict. Finally, I can write in a journal at least twice a week (with at least two insights) about the progress I am making with these personal and professional changes.
