I tested my topic by going around and asking 10 kids some survey questions like, “How they made up their lack of sleep more at night?”, during the day, or in the morning. Most of the kids either sleep more at night or sleep during the day to make up their sleep. Another question I asked then was “Dose lack of sleep affect then?” More people marked sometimes, other than yes if affected them or no it didn’t affect them. More people checked no on “Dose lack of sleep affect your appetite?”, and very few check sometimes. “Do you think too much sleep is bad for you?” Believe it or not, but more people thought that if could never be too bad for you. The kids that filled out the survey most of them usually got 5-8 hours of sleep on school nights. The kids that filled this survey out were all in the age range of 14-16.
