I have being drinking a lot of sodas and sport drinks, and maybe barely two cups a day of water. I guess I am one of those people who care more about the taste then its contents but I have to change to have a longer lasting health. I know the advantages and benefits of water so I am going to reduce drinking carbonated drinks and concentrate more on drinking water.
