Should scooters be allowed at the skatepark?
Scooters should not be allowed at skateparks because they are dangerous, skateparks are getting over populating and they don't invest time.
My first reason that scooters shouldn't be allowed, is that scooters are dangerous. Most scooters are younger kids. Do you see more 4 year olds running around on a skateboard or on a razor scooter? That's because you just hop and go on a scooter. They are young, lack tendency for a sustain skatepark effort (Skatepark Development Guide). They are causing accidents or jumping in the way. This means that they are dont have the right etiquette to be at the skatepark. Younger kids tend to be focused on their physical actions and are insufficiently

Scooters kids will not wait and roll whenever they want. I’ve had times where kids decide to roll as they see I’m going and it causes an accident or me jumping out of the way. This is just another example of kids causing accidents by being focused on themselves. This just proves they are very dangerous to be at the skatepark.
Another reason that scooters shouldn't be allowed at the skatepark is that the skatepark are getting overpopulated. A lot of things get more dangerous when they are busy. For example highways, streets and especially skateparks. You always hold your kids hand when they cross the street so why would you just let them free? Skateboards are like cars flying out and could hit you. The busier they get, the more dangerous.
One reason they are getting crowded because most scooters crowd a certain part of the skatepark. This creates jams and then the skatepark is stopping the flow of the skatepark. This means that it's also stopping other areas. Little kids go around it circles are just getting in the way. For example, Little timmy with endless stamina and infectious enthusiasm for his new Razor scooter, he can spend an eternity in the bowl, rolling back and forth. (Kinmonth). This makes other skaters and scooters wait as that section of the park is now unavailable to other
At sometime in every single sport someone is always injured or getting injured. However, of all of the sports, research has proven that motocross is one of the sports with the highest risks. Supercross is the second most dangerous type of dirt biking racing out there. The fast paced racing and the uncertainty of knowing what the racer in front of you will do makes this such a dangerous type of racing. Motocross is little less dangerous because most of the racing is outdoors, not indoors in a small stadium. But the most dangerous type of dirt biking is freestyle. The difficult tricks, speed, and the height of the jumps makes this the most dangerous type of dirt biking. The risk taking behavior is played out in a cat and mouse type games that rides engage in all around the nation. There are many different riders who will do anything to get that extra thrill to get that adrenaline rush. Even some of these riders drive in places that they aren’t suppose to, like non-permitted areas such as closed practice tracks or private land. Some motocross and supercross communities are trying to help riders with the lack of caring about boundaries learn that ...
Should ATVs be allowed on public roads therefore creating a more convenient environment Theses: ATVs should be allowed on public roads for a more convenient environment ATVs are not allowed on public roads in Iowa for just the ordinary person we have made a small exception for farmers but should ATV be allowed on roads for everyone? Currently farmers are allowed on public roads for farm related work as in field to field transportation (Iowa house) currently we are allowing farmers on roads for more conveniences to their jobs. so why not allow anyone willing to take the steps to properly equip their ATV with blinkers, brake lights and headlights. Farmers are not required to have this equipment for the use of their ATVs on public roads yet it is still allowed. ATVs should be allowed on public roads is the driver is trained to operate the machine at high and low speeds.
During the 1950’s when skateboarding first got it’s legs it was a very popular activity to take part in during vacations to ocean side tourist attractions, or as an activity after surfing. Yet, by 1965, skateboarding had diminished in popularity completely, therefore almost every skateboard manufacturer went out of business. . During this time the only people who even wanted to skateboard were surfers who needed something to ride to practice their surfing while the waves were flat. Due to the fact that there were no skateboards being made or sold, those who wanted to skate had to take it upon them-selves to manufacture their own boards. Using any kind of scrap they could find to build a usable board out of, such as metal scrap pieces or old planks. These determined surfers had to unscrew the trucks and wheels off of roller skates and attach them to the bottom of their boards. And because these kids were from very poor families for the most part, and next to non had jobs of their own, they had to resort to taking the trucks and wheels off the roller skates secretly in the stores. Although.., the clay wheels th...
Kids and adults enjoy Amusement Park rides because it is fun and relaxing. If you haven’t tried it, you should try it. The Amusement Parks have rides such as Xtreme Skyflyer, Gold Striker, and Superman roller coaster. I think the most important one is Xtreme Skyflyer because a lot of the people want to try it, and people want to see whole the things when they go very high. The Xtreme Skyflyer is also one of the scary, it 153 feet above ground and dive at speed up to 60 miles per hour while falling 17 stories toward the earth (Great America). This Xtreme Skyflyer is a release of endorphins, which makes us feel euphoric. Which is heightened by the fact that a lot of people feel scared and worried while waiting in line. So, by having you wait
Did you know that Alan Gelfand was the one who invented or created the ollie. “The ‘Secret History’ Of Skateboarding’s Most Fundamental Trick” Alan really didn’t even mean to create the ollie in the first place. He was actually trying to do a lipslide with his friend Jeff but instead he did what his friend called an “ollie pop”. Soon after that word got around that Alan created the new trick called the ollie. After that, Alan was asked to be photographed doing his brand new trick the ollie. And then not long
If your wheel is too big for the bearing then it would fall out alot. You have to buy the perfect size bearing to fit inside your wheels. Overall, the skateboard is hard to learn but once you get the hang of it then you would want to ride it all the time. To ride a skateboard you need all of the parts the deck, the trucks, the bearings, and the wheels.
Skateboarders strive to find those skatespots because they are the best way of learning harder tricks, without driving miles to a visit a skatepark outside their city. That 's why skateboarders have a tendency to put themselves in risk of prosecution by the police just to be able to reach their goals of becoming sponsored one day. A sponsorship is when a company wants to pay you to represent their product. This isn’t an easy thing to earn, but with a lot of dedication anything can happen. A skatepark nearby will allow kids to start practicing at a young age, so one day they hav... ...
Should Trampolines Be Banned? People have many different opinions about trampolines. Some people say they should be banned. Others say they are too much fun and they shouldn’t be banned. Trampolines should not be banned because they provide kids with exercise, you can set rules to keep yourself and others safe, and all sports have some risks involved.
Even if you buy the most advanced self-balancing electric scooter, you still end up paying less than if you were to buy a second-hand car. Even hoverboards that are packed with features and extra add-ons would still be inexpensive. This is why you don't need to take out an auto loan, or make a special payment arrangements when you buy one. So you're practically getting more for less, what with an electric scooter’s numerous benefits.
The parks where I live are almost always empty because everyone is inside playing fortnite or watching Netflix. The fact that there are kids still out there skateboarding all day in the warm sun is something so rare and priceless. Shutting down all skateboarding in city parks is essentially forcing kids to stay inside the house and transfixed in some sort of technology. We need more children and individuals to be outside doing something recreational than staying inside all the time. Skateboarding is a great way of getting out in the sun doing something active.
The bad thing with my scooter was that it scraped the speed bumps, so I had to use my sisters scooter every time. From that day forth I used my sisters scooter cause that was the smoothest ride that I had experienced, it was like I was riding on air. My scooter was always rough and it was way to low to the ground. My sisters scooter on the other hand was more elevated and didn’t scrape and it wasn’t rough it was
I intend to show how street skating has different beliefs and values, norms and rules, and rituals and traditions that shape this distinct culture. Street skating has had a negative label attached to it for a long time. It has always had an outsider stigma attached to the culture. Most outsiders see them as trouble or rebellious. Most in the culture embrace this sort of outsider image.
Skateboarding is a sport that many teens and adults love to do and watch all across America. Many people give skateboarders a bad reputation. They assume that skateboarders are rebellious, troublemakers, and don’t care about anything but skateboarding. I’m here to tell you that that simply isn’t the case. I myself used to skateboard and never caused any trouble or rebelled against authority, neither did any of my friends.
That's why safety equipment is very important. There are a few safety essentials all beginners and even experts should have before they have their first wipeout. Such as a helmet. There are certain ones made just for skateboarding, and before anyone buys one they should make sure the helmet fits without being so loose it moves, or too tight it hurts their head. Also the straps at the end of the helmet should fit around the head and buckle.
Amusement parks are by far one of the most thrilling places on earth. As you wait in a long line to get in park, you can hear numerous kids, adults, and tourist shouting off the top of their lungs due to a tremendous jaw-dropping drop on their beloved roller coasters.
