ATVs are not allowed on public roads in Iowa for just the ordinary person we have made a small exception for farmers but should ATV be allowed on roads for everyone? Currently farmers are allowed on public roads for farm related work as in field to field transportation (Iowa house) currently we are allowing farmers on roads for more conveniences to their jobs. so why not allow anyone willing to take the steps to properly equip their ATV with blinkers, brake lights and headlights. Farmers are not required to have this equipment for the use of their ATVs on public roads yet it is still allowed. But with anything there is risk involved so to resolve this are we going to take cars off the road because people keep running into each other or band motorcycles because if they get hit there chance of survival is very small. 1. September 4, 2003 was a sad day for Pennsylvanians. Governor Rendell signed the new motorcycle helmet law into effect, sentencing riders to death and increasing the tax burden caused by this new law. Pennsylvania is the 31st state to repeal its all-rider helmet law (Berenson 2). The new law states “no helmet is required for a person 21 years of age or older who has been licensed to operate a motorcycle for not less than 2 full calender [sic] years or has completed a motorcycle rider safety course approved by the Department of Transportation or the Motorcycle Safety Foundation” (Lobel 3). This new helmet law has increased accident fatalities and the burden on taxpayers.
Millions of people all over the United States choose motorcycles over automobiles for the thrill, speed, and high performance capabilities. On the other hand, motorcycles are not at all the safest way of transportation. Motorcycles do not provide the passenger with the outer protection that cars provide, therefore, when one crashes, the results are usually much more serious. Injuries to the head are responsible for 76% of fatalities when dealing with motorcycle crashes many of which could have been prevented had the rider been wearing a helmet. For this reason, many states have adopted the motorcycle helmet law. The law states that every passengers must wear a helmet at all times when riding on a motorcycle. This law has created a great deal of controversy. One side supports the law, believing that it protects motorcyclists from danger and saves the economy a great deal of money. The other side argues that the law is unconstitutional and it violates our right to freedom. However, statistics show overwhelming support in favor of the motorcycle helmet law. Although wearing helmets cannot prevent motorcycle crashes, they can greatly reduce the number of deaths caused by head injury as well as lowering taxes, insurance rates, and health care costs. Therefore, the helmet law should be put into effect in every state across the United States.
According to statistics from State Farm Insurance, “an estimated 1.5 million vehicles collide with deer every year in the United States, causing 1.1 billion in property damage,” as stated by Dave Roos, author of “Does Deer Hunting Reduce Car Accidents” as published on How Stuff Works website. This statistic is too high, meaning that the people of the United States need to do something about the deer population in our country. Many people do not like the deer because things like this happen. Although the deer in this world have rights, they are overpopulated and need to be hunted more and more because the deer cause car accidents, put food on the table, and hunting is a real sport that can be fun.

Imagine having your life flash before your eyes while you were still wearing diapers. And imagine having a hot hunk of metal crash into you and shatter your sense of everything. When I was just three years old, I was the victim of a very scary car accident. While waiting to make a turn into my nursery school, my mom’s car was rear-ended by a car driving at 50 miles per hour. I remember how incredibly loud the collision was and even how the windows seemed to shiver in their rubber holders. Seeing my mom's head fly back and feeling the car swerve into the opposing traffic, I thought I was going to die. And why did this happen? Because the person driving behind us was texting on her phone and was not focused on the road. All of this, the emotional, physical, and financial damage, and the possibility of losing my mom's or my own life, could have been prevented if the car behind us was a driverless car. Briefly, a driverless car is capable of driving itself via an intricate system of cameras, sensors and computers. I propose that human drivers should be replaced with driverless cars because driverless cars are safer and more efficient.

Squirrel and rabbit taste like chicken, but most things taste like chicken. The guns people use to hunt with is a 12 gauge, 16 gauge, 20 gauge, high powered riffle, muzzle loader, and a 22 riffle. Also if hunting is all year round then it might be able to stop car accidents because there won’t be as many deer if it is throughout all of our seasons.
