Sleep plays a major role in our body systems; getting enough sleep at the right times can protect physical health, mental health, quality of life, and safety. During we’re sleeping, the body is working to support healthy the brain function and maintain your physical health. Sleep also helps support growth and development in children and teens. Today, I’m going to describe four dangerous types of sleep disorders that can rolling your life completely if you don’t take it seriously. Everyone should pay attention to their feeling; your feeling can tell you what is going on in your body system and tell your if you are unhealthy. Once you feel something goes wrong with your body; immediately you should see a doctor before it too late. Because the more you wait the more it become wider. Sleep Insomnia occurs when you have difficult to stay asleep, falling asleep. Symptoms of insomnia are: waking up too early in the morning, unrefreshing sleep, and waking up frequently during the night, but difficulty to return to sleep. During the day, Insomnia may cause many problems, such as lack of energy, tiredness, difficulty, irritability, and concentrating. Insomnia occurs more frequently in female gender and in advanced age. People who are suffers from Hypersomnia’s tend to sleep at work or school. Short-term insomnia occurs at lasts for up to three months. Chronic insomnia occurs at least three months and at least three times per week. The percentage of people who has been suffer from chronic insomnia is 10 percent and short-term insomnia is 15 to 20 percent of people.
