We depend on sleep each and everyday in order to be able to interact throughout the day. Sleep is very important if you want to socialize with people or feel real good. It is very important in order to live a healthy life. It really gives you energy so you won’t crash. Sleep is a very important part of physical and mental health through the day. There is a lot of benefits of sleep. Sleep is a time to heal your body and clear your mind for the day.
