Inyan, the first being, created the Earth from itself. Earth was lonely, so Inyan created the sun, the moon, and the stars from itself for the Earth. Then, the Earth complained that it was uncomfortable without a covering and was given a covering in exchange for keeping life upon itself. After a long time, Earth became angry at life, and decided to cleanse itself. It shook so hard that its land split into pieces. After an even longer time, Earth became angry again, but let the life that was good hide within it, and it covered itself in ice. When the ice melted, many lakes and rivers formed.
