When you're in the city and see spray paint on the wall you're looking at someone's personality. Most likely it’s not painted on a canvas, but for the artist the world is their canvas. Graffiti is all over and ¨Graffiti-hunting has become a sort of tourism” according to Co.Design. Though governments are trying to stop people’s creative flow. Graffiti is extraordinary art that can be a force of good because it is inspiring art that's not worth being punished for.

Street art is a display of an artist’s expression, yet governments are trying to eliminate it. While also giving the artist serious charges or jail time. The punishment for producing graffiti can be around a year in jail time or a fine of up to $10,000 according to Sacramento Press.
