According to Wikipedia the free encyclopedia (2014), dropping out means leaving a school or group for practical reasons, necessities, or disillusionment with the system from which the individual in question leaves. Most commonly, dropping out refers to a student quitting school before he or she graduates or avoiding entering a university. It cannot always be ascertained that a student has dropped out, as he or she may stop attending without terminating enrollment. It is estimated 1.2 million students annually drop out of high school in the United States, where high school graduation rates rank 19th in the world. All of the four students came through the same situation and then dropped out. During his study he found out that all the four have some social conflicts due to which they became confused. They were mentally tortured . They lost interest in their family. Due to continuously confusing and mentally disturbed position, they lost his memory and he was unable to remember names of persons he was interacting. Moreover all of them were mentally tortured by their teachers at some occasions which made them mentally ill. All of the four accepted that they liked the school although they used the drugs. They realized that they were drop out because of the social problems and negative attitude of the parents. The conclusion drawn from the interviews is supporting the fact that those students who feel disconnected from the family or society have a high risk of dropping out from their educational program. It is necessary for the child to have positive contact with his family and society and society should support it for his best development of health and mind. Educational institutions should make programs in order to reduce the drop out the children. They should identify the students at risk. The results exposed that student absenteeism is high due to lack of subject interest, poor teaching methods of lecturers, unfavorable education environment, socialization and poor relations with the lecturers.
Ntumva and Rwambali (2013) in his study found that community demographic differences, poor educational performance, incompetency in English language, poverty, cultural and traditional way of life were the major causes for school dropout. Development of suitable policies and intervention strategies to facilitate poor community improve their source of revenue through income generation were the major recommendations.
Shadreck (2013) conducted a study to investigate the causes of student’s dropout from secondary schools in Gokwe district, Zimbabwe. The results indicated that poverty, school distance, poor teacher student relation and irrelevant curriculum were the main causes of dropout at secondary level.
Shahid Farooq (2013) studied to investigate the cause’s dropout of students from primary schools, found that carelessness of parents, financial problems, grade maintenance, student's love for child labor, over studies, failure to continue learning, psychological problems and illiteracy of parents were the main causes of
