The world is changing rather fast and the communicator has to keep pace with the change. However, there are certain elements in all effective communication and to communicate effectively these attributes are to be taken care of. The elements of effective communication can be discussed under several headings: Clarity of Thought and Expression: The communicator must first know what he/she wants to convey and why. It is very much essential that he/she understands the purpose of his message. Communication without a clear objective amounts to groping in darkness like the seven blind men arguing the size of the elephant. The message should be clear in order to solicit effective feedback. Effective communication begins when someone thinks clearly. You should know what you want to communicate. And the better you know it, the more clearly you can communicate it. Clarity of thought and expression is central to effective communication. If you cannot think clearly; you cannot express yourself clearly. Never think communication is spontaneous; you have to make it happen. The major mistake in communication is to believe that is
By knowing the purpose of communication, you’re able to understand each other and know how to respond. Effective communication also solves difficulties, while identifying solutions along the way. It also helps you to learn how to respond in certain discussions, whether you are talking with a prospective client or a company you need to gain specific information from, the purpose needs to remain clear so you can complete this task.

Communication means passing information from one person to another. Effective communication is when communication is clear, precise and easily understood. Effective communication builds trust between individuals. When communication is clear, individuals understand exactly what is expected of them. Communication is knowledge sharing, so whoever you are communicating with can learn from you and you from them.
Communication is something we all humans use. Communication “is the sharing of information between individuals by using speech”. People have ways of communicating some have their weaknesses in conversations and others have their strengths. When I communicate with others I feel that some things I say I do not verbalize right. I have two strengths and three weaknesses in my communicating. My three weakens in my communication are, check nonverbal feedback, to make people wrong and recognize that people understand information in different ways and my two strengths in my communication are being flexible, and take responsibility for the communication.
On a daily basis, we come in contact with individuals that we have to communicate with, wither it be for work purposes, educational purposes, or social practices. As active humans we cannot escape the idea of socializing or communication, therefor; we make it a daily routine who we communicate with, how we communicate with them, what we listen to and how we listen it. With this routine habits are formed, some are strengths but others are weaknesses that diminish the communication quality. It is extremely important for individuals to recognize these strengths and weakness within their communication routine. By recognizing their strengths, they are able to improve even further and use their ability to get them closer to goals they may have set for themselves. Recognizing their weaknesses is just as important if not more important.
The first idea, I believe that the effective communication is not only conveying a message, but also allowing the other person understands your clear ideas

The best thing to hold onto in life is each other but can you imagine how we will be able to initiate that without communication? Language is very important to human society because it is the heart of our world, more so that it helps us to survive. My assumption is that our ancestors’ from the past created such tool to help us succeed in life and aid one another, so that way nobody is left behind. I can not truthfully imagine what the world would be like without communication. Moreover, things go dysfunctional when there’s miscommunication between people, such as war, envy, and hatred. In addition, miscommunication creates a society where nobody is valuable to each other. now, imagine if this was our way of living.
Experts have claimed that communication has diminished over the 21st century, while others claim it has flourished with the introduction of new communication methods. This essay will argue with the latter that we as a collective of people have better means of communication than back in the 20th century and that it hasn’t diminished but more so flourished.

One of the main aspects in communicating is listening. An effective listener is one who, not only comprehends how the speaker feels but, also understands what they are stating. Building a strong connection between the speaker and the listener is one of the first steps to become a good listener. By building this connection speakers should first be in an environment with open minded listeners, it makes them feel more comfortable to state their opinions, feelings and ideas. Listeners should avoid being judgmental. The individual does not have to agree with the ideas, values or opinions of the speaker; however, to fully understand them, one must put aside their criticism. Speakers will believe that they can trust the listeners with their information when they know that they will not be judged. Miscommunication happens frequently, listene...

Communication is the top quality that employers look for. Effective business communication starts by asking the right questions to understand the customer’s needs and wants to be able to recommend a product or service customized to the customer. One good tip would be to speak, pause, and listen. Communicate what you need and then pause to let the recipient process and respond to the information. With an average of 1800 messages being sent by workers through memos, telephone, email, faxes, and face to face, it is important to listen and pay attention to the recipient and send your information clearly. All in all, to be effective in business communication you need to be clear, brief, focused, and comm...
Irrespective of the environment in which one works, communication is always vital and a key factor of success. Communication happens both physically and verbally and is absolutely essential if you want to inform someone about something. ‘Loud shouting and even violence are symptoms of the ailment, not remedies.’ (Adair 2009: 3). Communication has two main components; sending out a message to someone, and ensuring the message is received correctly to the other member of the conversation. It is thus fair to say speaking and listening are vital to effective communication. This essay will initially introduce me as a student, and my career. I will give a simple SWOT analysis of me and will then go on and breakdown the different methods and techniques of effective communication. Finally, I will talk about how effective communication is needed in my current position, as well as the future.
