The Onondaga is a Native American tribe who were located in Northeast America. They created the legend for the origin of the Pleiades. The Pleiades are a cluster of seven stars that are normally known to be the seven daughters of Atlas, a greek god (Merriem-webster.com) However, the Onondaga tribe has their own version of the creation of these stars, that also doubles as a lesson to children and others.
In 1838-39 U.S. troops, ordered by the state of Georgia, expelled the Cherokees from their homeland in the Southeast and removed them to the Indian Territory in what is now Oklahoma. The demand for fruitful land during the rapid growth in the southeast led to the removal of the Cherokees along with the discovery of gold on Cherokee land. There was a racial prejudice towards the Native Americans from the white southerners. Andrew Jackson was the seventh President of the United States (1829–1837) during this time. During his presidency many legal issues came about when he did not follow the treaties made by the National Government with the Cherokee Nations.
How do you think the Cheyenne tribe has survived all these years? The Cheyenne tribe has been through many things to survive. Cheyennes were originally from the great lakes area in Minnesota and the Missouri River, but now live in Montana and Oklahoma. Cheyenne tribes have many beliefs, ceremonies, and sacred objects. Nowadays the Cheyenne faces many health issues and are trying to improve education.

The Cherokee Indians were the Native Americans in parts of Georgia, Carolina, Texas and Tennessee. These lands were rich lands that could facilitate agriculture. Which I find is true because I’m from Isleta pueblo, and I have friends that are from Ysleta del sur and we are from the same tribe, ethnicity and share the same beliefs, and our language is similar to each other except the only difference is that they decided to migrate more down south, that is how they changed their name to Ysleta del sur. Cultural dynamics are different than others cultures, they shift in particular ways and in different directions. What may seem to be right to one cultural may be wrong in another, cultural messages help us have a better understanding on how to deal
